Thank you for participating in the USPS Household Diary Study !
Your participation will help provide the Postal Service with important information about the types and volumes of mail households send and receive to/from each other or businesses. This information is very helpful in USPS’ planning and market research activities.
This study is purely a research effort and any information you provide will be held strictly confidential. For more information about the study, visit the Survey Website: USPS Diary Study. You can also call the Survey Hotline at 1-888-441-8777 Hours: 11am - 9 pm Central Time.
For this study, you will use diaries to answer questions about the mail your household receives and sends for a week. Please note, the study captures information about household mail, so don’t include any mail you receive at your place of business, or mail you receive at your home address that’s for a home-based business. Also, please do not include any mail that you receive at a post office box.

Once you mail back your household’s completed diaries, we’ll send you a gift as a thank you. Before we send you the diaries, please complete the following survey.
